General Summary of Job DutiesThe Casino Bartender is responsible for serving our customers beverages in a timely and courteous manner and witnessing or paying jackpots and to support the Beverage.
- Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic beverage and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
- Responsible for the mixing and serving beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage/Food Servers in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
- Maintains a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
- Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartenders responsibilities and rights under it.
- Knowledge of all Gaming and beverage regulations.
- Participates as a team member with all Beverage Servers, Barbacks, utilities, Supervisors and any pertinent Company Employees to ensure efficient operational standard.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of two to three years previous experience required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
